Lion Daily Visits consist of a presentation from one of our staff members and a 60-minute walking tour of campus. Financial Aid can assist families with the cost of a Lincoln University education. If you would like to receive financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This will enable you to be considered for need-based federal and state grants, scholarship, loans, and work study. Lincoln's priority filing date for the FAFSA is June 1. Students who have completed a FAFSA by this date will be considered first for financial aid. Note: International students are not eligible to submit an application for Federal Student Aid.

Financial aid award letters will become available on a rolling basis. The Office of Financial Aid will communicate any FAFSA issues through your email, postal mail or by phone. The LU Self-Service portal allows students to create an academic plan as well as viewing financial aid and paying balances. Please utilize your Lincoln email username and password to access your LU Self-Service account.
Let's make it official! In order to officially secure your place at Lincoln, you will need to submit the non-refundable $275 enrollment fee. This fee secures your place at Lincoln and is credited to your housing reservation or student account. All new incoming students are required to pay the enrollment fee. Now that you’ve made the commitment to be a Lion, you’re probably excited to figure out where you will live on campus. All students must complete the following to receive a housing assignment for your intended start term (Fall or Spring):
All new first-year and transfer students to Lincoln must participate in Lion Linkup (summer orientation). During LLU, you will meet with students, faculty, and staff; begin to develop academic and co-curricular goals; become familiar with campus resources; and review campus expectation. Parents and families will also have programming to help them and their student adjust to their new college experience and expectations.
For every student, financial clearance means demonstrating your intent to pay all tuition, fees, room, meal, and related charges for a given semester.
Financial clearance can mean different things for different students. For some, it may mean completing the FAFSA, and/or submitting proof that a third party such as the VA, Voc. Rehab, an employer, 529 plan, or other third-party payer is paying all or a portion of their semester charges. For others, it may mean creating a payment plan. Simply put, financial clearance means that each student should take the required steps necessary to either pay their charges in full or make arrangements to cover their total LU charges for the given semester.

All incoming students are required to undergo a physical examination. You will need to submit the Health History & Physical Examination form prior to your arrival on campus and/or the start of the academic semester. This Health History section of the form must be completed by an authorized medical personnel and include the required immunization records.
You will not be permitted to move-in to campus if you are not in compliance with the Pennsylvania State Health Department.

If you will be 17 years old or younger when you enroll at Lincoln University, you must submit the Minor Consent Form.
All required forms must be submitted to Health Services or faxed to 484-365-7287.
Note: Submission of the health insurance waiver does not satisfy the requirement for health clearance.
You will need to submit your official final high school transcript demonstrating satisfactory academic progress and graduation. Additionally, an official college transcript from all prior attended institutions, either while in high school or as a full time student must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. Ask the registrar of each respective institution to send your transcript directly to Lincoln University.

After you have been admitted to Lincoln, you are eligible to submit the acceptance deposit. Your acceptance letter will include your unique log-in credentials for the deposit payment portal. You should pay the deposit as soon as possible so you can submit your request for housing and continue the steps for enrollment.
Your student ID number is located on your digital and/or mailed acceptance letter. View your acceptance letter in your Lincoln Admissions Portal. If you cannot locate it, please contact the Office of Admissions.
Financial aid and financial clearance are NOT the same. If you are planning to use financial aid to help cover expenses, financial clearance happens AFTER your financial aid package is completed. This will include submitting all required paperwork; accepting or declining loans; completing entrance counseling; and signing the Master Promissory Notes.
